Heng Lee Seng FCPA Singapore

Mr Heng was a Council Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) from 1986 to 1990. He was also a member of the Inquiry Panel of the Public Accountants Board established by the government to regulate the practice of public accountants in Singapore. For his contribution to the accountancy profession he was bestowed a Merit Award by the ICPAS.

He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and an Independent Director of a number of public listed companies.

He is a member of CPA Australia, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.

Before founding the firm in 1974 he worked in both local and international CPA firms, commerce and industry for 9 years. He is Managing Partner of the Firm.



Heng Yeow Meng, Michael CPA

He is a member of CPA Australia and a graduate of The University of Melbourne (B. Com).

Michael Heng has been working in our audit department since 1995 and obtained his CPA designation in 1998. In 1996, he was ranked 2nd worldwide in the Auditing component of the CPA Program by CPA Australia. Along with traditional accounting and assurance functions, he is in charge of our business advisory department providing strategic planning, corporate health evaluation and reengineering services.

Michael is an active member of ICPAS, participates in various committees and was a member of the Complaints and Disciplinary Panel appointed by The Public Accountants Oversight Committee.

He is also partner in charge of business development and is responsible for prospective queries on all services of the firm.

Heng Yeow Teck, Malcolm CPA

He is a member of ICPAS, CPA Australia and The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Malcolm Heng is a graduate of University of Sydney (B. Com) and a post-graduate of University of Technology, Sydney (MBA).

Upon graduation, he has worked for an international Big 4 accounting firm for several years, of which he was involved in audit of companies of varying sizes and industry including electronics, energy services, industrial product, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, natural resources and mining, US GAAP, software, shipping and trading companies. He was also involved in SOX compliance services for subsidiaries of MNCs.

He is partner-in-charge of audit.

 

Tan Kit Yiew CPA

She is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (U.K.).

After graduation, she joined Inland Revenue Department (now Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore or IRAS) and worked for 8 years. She then worked in the tax department of a large international CPA firm for 6 years before joining us in 1989.

Kit Yiew's extensive experience of over 30 years in both public and private sectors have made her a key resource for our tax compliance and planning services.

She heads our tax division.
