We are a medium-sized firm of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in practice for over 30 years. We are dedicated to looking after the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and individual taxpayers. We offer a full range of auditing, accountancy, taxation, corporate secretarial and business advisory services and give a service which is personal, friendly, professional and value-for-money.

The firm was established in 1974 by Mr Heng Lee Seng. The partners are registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and practising members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). All of them and most of our staff are bilingual in English and Chinese.
