a medium-sized firm of Certified Public Accountants
(CPA) in practice for over 30 years. We are
dedicated to looking after the needs of high growth businesses, multinational corporations
and individual taxpayers. We offer a full range
of auditing, accountancy, taxation, corporate
secretarial and business advisory services and
give a service which is professional, personalised, friendly and value-for-money.
The
firm was established in 1974 by Mr Heng Lee
Seng. The partners are registered with the Accounting
& Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
and are practising members of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). All
of them and most of our staff are bilingual
in English and Mandarin.

Tax compliance, advice and planning services are provided through HLS Tax Advisory Services Pte Ltd.
